Julene van Rooyen

Hi! My name is Julene van Rooyen, I am an ex High Performance Rhythmic gymnasts that trained at Gold Reef and was coached by Maureen since the age of 3. I have competed in 3 World Championships, was part of the team that won African Championships in 2012 and represented South Africa at the 2014 Commonwealth games. I have since retired and followed my passion for the sport through coaching, where I have coached 5 girls in becoming Protea gymnasts. I am privilidged and honored to now be part of such an amazing team of coaches at Gold Reef Rhythmic Gymnastics.
